I am a native Houstonian who graduated from HSPVA then continued my schooling at the University of Houston where I received a BA in Music. After taking a few years off to work, I began my Masters in History which I earned from West Texas A&M University. I taught elementary music for 7 years before leaving to teach college full time at local community colleges. I taught at Alvin Community College, College of the Mainland, Houston Community College, North Harris Montgomery Community College - Cy Fair and San Jacinto Community College, South Campus. I have experience teaching traditional, hybrid, online, dual credit and mini-mester courses. I currently live in North Texas and, therefore, teach online exclusively at this time.
