Directions for the Instructor:

When you direct a student to consult the Tutors in the Writing Center, you can also fill out and submit this form online with information such as:

    1. Topic of the current assignment, along with pertinent information on how the instructor expects the essay to be structured.
    2. Writing skills the students should review with the tutor.

Note: If you have not asked to have your assignment handouts kept on file in the Writing Center, please remind the students that they should bring the appropriate handout with them to the
