1.What programs are available to train women to become community participants and partners by including them in the planning and presentation of issues?

2. What are some determining factors to the development of such a program that reflects the needs of the community rather than the needs of the program?

3. How can this type of program be made sustainable?

4. What type of reward should community based women receive for this type of work and contribution to their community?

What are the factors and forces helpful to demonstrating the need and relevancy of community health workers to the overall health care community? Lots of studies show the need and relevancy, where are the workforce opportunities and the money to pay them?
